This is how it works: For each order we receive, the estimated amount of delivery emissions is calculated. Based on these estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been approved by Carbon Direct scientists. These companies spend money to offset the amount of carbon dioxide that our deliveries have caused. Any additional funds will be used to further develop carbon removal technologies.
