Ordering
  • Hellulandia sells products internationally and especially in the EU according to regulations and accessibility directive .
  • the products are only ordered through the online store or its customer service. Exception for tour services.
  • Discount codes are placed in the field in the shopping cart, if the code is not accepted, it may be outdated, misspelled, an empty space before or after the code, or there are no products in your shopping cart that can be obtained with a discount with the code.
  • Products are paid for before delivery in the online store.
  • Delivery fees are determined according to the total price of the products: Posti / UPS / cj universal
  • Free postage is rarely available.

    Deliveries

    We usually deliver shipments by post or courier service. The delivery dates are the following Thursday at: orders received by 4:00 p.m. may be shipped on Thursday of the following week - so depending on the day the order was placed, and this only applies to products that are manufactured in Lieto. Of course, we are unable to ship on public holidays or for some other reason, such as a postal strike - then the delivery will simply be postponed to the next delivery date.

    When the order leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation in your email. Depending on the size of the order, the order comes either as a letter directly to the mailbox or to the post office closest to the address you provided . Delivery times are normally 4 to 44 business days, depending on the location and the product (many products are only made when you order them)

    • We give all our products a 14-day right of return. You, the buyer, are protected by Finnish law when you buy from the online store. Yes, and everyone knows in an instant whether the product meets their wishes.
    • The customer is responsible for the packaging/postage costs related to the return (just put stamps) and you can use the original packaging just by changing the places of the recipient's and sender's information, for example with a sticker or by crossing them out.
    • When you want to return something from your order, you can just send the product back + write what it is!
    • Depreciation products have the same delivery conditions as other products.
    • That is, if the product is in the phase-out category, it has the same 14-day right of return.
    Store managers in returns

    If you have received a product or other benefit for the store with your order, these must also be returned together with the products. One (1) store manager is provided per customer / product, unless otherwise stated.

    The condition of the return is that the product is in salable condition and in its delivery packaging

    • The returned products must therefore be in their original condition, unused and sellable.
    • The packaging of the products must also be in their original condition.
    • The products must be carefully packed for return mailing.
    • Hlld is not responsible for damage to insufficiently packed products during return.
    • If the products are not resaleable for reasons caused by the customer, the products will be returned to the customer at his expense.
    • In other words, the product should be kept clean if you are thinking about returning it.
    • Of course you can experiment, but for example wristbands made of rubber must not be cut. 

    Warranty and its limitations:

    You are protected by EU consumer laws!

    Watch straps are consumables. Wristbands are exposed to a wide range of conditions in everyday use. We trust that our wristbands are functional and a perfect representative of their class. We want you to be able to trust our products too.

    "The law does not require giving a guarantee, but giving it is voluntary. Even without a guarantee, the seller is responsible for the error based on the law's provisions on error liability. The guarantee must have an additional benefit for the buyer, i.e. it must give him better rights compared to the provisions of the law."


    We give our products a different guarantee:

    1. 6 week warranty
    2. Handicraft products 2-year warranty (we repair broken ones or replace them with a new one)
    • The warranty is against material and/or manufacturing defects.
    • A defective, unused product is always covered by the warranty.
    • However, wear and tear caused by using the product outside of the conditions designed for it is not covered by the warranty. (e.g. using leather wristbands in humid conditions.)
    • Errors caused to the goods by the buyer, such as, are outside the warranty

      • neglecting the instructions for use or care
      • improper or careless handling of the goods
      • an accident that occurred after the handover.
      • Production. with a clear error: statutory error liability applies.
      • However, normal wear and tear is not covered by error liability.
      • Made-to-order products are manufactured based on the order, so they do not have the right to exchange or return. You can recognize the order product by the text "the product is modified to order or domestic handicraft".

    Other trading conditions:

    • I reserve the right to correct and revise product information and prices due to technical and human errors. That is, if the product has so-called funny price, we don't sell it at a funny incorrect price, we offer the product at its correct price.
    • The actual color and details of the products may differ from the appearance of the product images seen online, due to room lighting, device screens and manufacturing differences.

    Minimum order

    There is no minimum order in the regular order, but it is usually in the discounts. Please note, however, that the postage including packaging is always at least €6.9, so you save relatively more when you make a larger purchase :) The minimum order terms are always clearly stated in the discounts.

    Payment methods

    As a payment service provider, we use Klarna, PayPal and PayTrail including also MobilePay.

    Information about payment

    Paytrail is a safe payment method for you. We have a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7), and it is part of the Nets family.

    The Paytrail payment forwarding service forwards your payment to the merchant. If your bank statement or credit card bill shows Paytrail Oyj, we have forwarded your payment.

    The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale as well as other obligations defined by itself. If you want to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online store from which the product was ordered directly.

    Bank charges

    You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP bank, Säästöpanki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, we forward your payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

    Credit card payments

    You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.

    Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payment is made using a securely protected payment form, and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.

    Mobile payment methods

    Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the application in question.

    Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service that works on an Apple device, which allows you to pay for purchases with a payment card connected to the device.
